The location was good and great for me as it was near to transport, and the main square.

Our room was perfect for a group of four with its own bathroom. the hotel's location was incredible, just a minute away from the bustling Souk of the Medina 🏞️.

the workers were super-friendly. location: the hotel was just next door to the medina and the central square. variety of restaurants to eat close by, like terrasse des epices that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The staff, especially Ibrahim and Rachid, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even helped us book day tours at great prices. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main market. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great value.

The location here is perfect; close to the main square, transportation, and the atmosphere inside the room with climate control, TV, and sitting area was great.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk away from the bustling Djemaa El Fna square. the room is spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities such as air conditioning and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. the staff is friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any needs. the breakfast provided is excellent and sets you up for the day. the hotel offers Wi-Fi, which is perfectly adequate for browsing and emailing.

Some guests mentioned that the rooms overlooking the common space of the riad had no windows to the outside, which might not suit everyone's preference.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing, always attentive and friendly. They were very accommodating and even offered me and my wife a room upgrade when we decided to stay for a few more days. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions and markets. We also enjoyed spending time on the rooftop terrace, it was very relaxing in the evenings.

That some of the double rooms didn't have air conditioning, which made it a bit difficult to sleep at night. It would have been helpful if the hotel provided a guide to help guests find their way.

The hospitality of Rachid and Ibrahim was amazing. They made us Moroccan tea in the night on several occasions, which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel was excellent. It was right next to the central square, making it easy to explore the area. everything we needed, including shops, food, and tour pickups, was conveniently nearby.

One of the major downsides was the issue with getting hot water. We had to leave the tap running for about 5 minutes to get hot water, and it would have been helpful if this was mentioned beforehand.
